e-Albania gives citizens, businesses, and institutions one digital entry point to public services across web and mobile.

The platform covers civil status, education, employment, health and social protection, pensions, business, permits and licences, transport, property, customs, and consular services. Many institutions and service domains have to appear as one coherent product to the user.

Service model and public value

Users can find a service, submit an application, retrieve documents, review administrative data, and return for follow-up in the same environment.

Recurring work includes civil registry data, vehicle taxes, traffic fines, court case tracking, education results, health records, local taxes, and business registration. The platform therefore has to support information, transactions, and follow-up across very different public services.

Our contribution

Members of our team contributed to the ground-up rebuild of the e-Albania portal and the shared architecture that allowed several delivery companies to work on one national platform.
