Bits & Pretzels 2025 in Munich became a focused two-day stay for us, as the final day was canceled due to unexpected circumstances. Our goals were simple: grow our community, show what we’re building, and learn from what others are building.
We kept it straightforward—fewer pitches, more real conversations. We met founders, product folks, and engineers who care about practical workflows and honest feedback. The most useful moments were informal: a quick hallway demo that clarified an onboarding step and a roundtable that helped us refine how we explain our product.
Concrete outcomes:
- New community members who want to stay close to our progress
- A small advisory group of power users for our next release
- Clearer messaging for early-stage teams in DACH around integration speed, reliability, and developer experience
We’re grateful to the organizers for keeping the first two days smooth and to everyone who took time to engage. We’re heading home with a short follow-up list and a clearer sense of where we can help. Next up: keep the conversations going, ship small improvements steadily, and stay close to the community.
