We define the workflows your users rely on and estimate concurrent users, peak traffic and data growth. Together, we agree response-time, availability and retention needs. These estimates guide application and database sizing and show when a more distributed design is justified.
Reliable customer workflows
We check the journeys your customers depend on, such as sign-up, payments and integrations. We investigate failed or repeated actions and inconsistent records, including duplicate charges or lost work when a request is retried.

A 30-minute conversation with a senior engineer, a verbal assessment and a recommended next step. There is no obligation and no repository access is required. It is not a code review, certification or Production Readiness Audit.
What will the paid audit deliver?
We agree scope, access, timeline, deliverables and price first. The report explains the current state, what to keep, fix or replace, evidence-based risk priorities, recommended changes and an implementation sequence with proposed work packages.
Will you rewrite our app?
A rewrite is not the default. We preserve suitable parts and explain any recommended replacement in terms of business risk, maintainability and cost. You decide which work to commission.
Does the app need AI features?
No. AI App Rescue is for software developed with AI tools or vibe coding, whether or not the finished product uses AI. We work with established businesses as well as founders and startups.
How are the audit and implementation priced?
The first assessment is free. The audit is paid and individually scoped. Implementation normally uses work packages with agreed outcomes and prices. A bounded discovery package can resolve unknowns first; time and materials is available where appropriate.
Can you keep developing the product afterward?
Yes. We can continue with new functionality, integrations and ongoing product development through further work packages or an agreed flexible engagement.
